PLEASE NOTE: Rooms at the preferred group rate are available until April 2 and are based upon availability. After April 2, any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit. 
Reservations will be subject to the hotel's individual reservation cancellation policy of two days before arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to payment of one night's room and tax.

AIRPORT & TRANSPORTATION

The Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center is 5 miles from Dallas Love Field (DAL) and 15 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Dallas Love Field Airport and Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

For those who are driving to the event, HIMSS will provide a Children’s Medical Center Dallas parking pass. HIMSS will provide transportation from Children’s Medical Center Dallas to the Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center on Monday night, to Truluck's and back to the hotel on Monday night, and from the hotel to the hospital and back on Tuesday.
